Refund policy

If item arrived damaged please contact me within 14 days from the day it received. I will exchange it with a new one and pay the cost of shipping it back and the cost of the new item. 
If you like to return an item please contact me within 14 days from the day it received and I will refund the full amount excluding shipping cost as soon as I receive it.

Privacy policy

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

Shipping policy

1. We will accept any return or refund up to 14 days from the day of product arrival, as stated by the courier.

1.2  Return products, within 14 days will be fully refunded excluding shipping cost which will be paid by the consumer. 

1.3 You shall return the Products within 14 days from the date you receive the product (make sure to send any evidence of the shipment date).

1.4 You shall return the Products by packaging the relevant Product(s) securely. You shall return the Product(s) in the same condition in which you received them and they shall be returned in their original packaging; moreover, the Products shall not have been washed or damaged and the relevant identification tag(s) shall still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal.  

1.5 Should we accept the return, we shall refund the price of the Product(s). We will refund to the card/payment method you originally used to pay for the Products, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you give notice of your withdrawal.
